I do use pre-made...I enjoy cooking and cook often. I do use pre-made crusts (like Pillsbury) when making pie or quiche. Crustless quiches are also good. Quiche..never did cotton to the stuff but it sure looks pretty and I think I could probably adjust the recipe to fit my requirements.
