F is for Fall

I love everything about a Fall.

The changing colors of nature.
The cooler more refreshing temperatures.
The coming holiday season.
And most especially
the promise of winter with the beauty of snow.

Fall is nature's flashy way
of getting your attention
to announce
"Winter is Coming."

Winter is my favorite season.
Fall is the anticipation.
Winter is the main event.

Works for me!

I find fall exhilerating and sad....winter a time of patient waiting.

Fall..while pretty trees, fall flowers and apples make me happy the colder days and going back to work make me sad.I grew up in a warm climate and got transplanted into a cooler one...but will hopefully retire to a warm climate :)

I noticed your walking ticker. 1,000 miles a BIG goal! Each year my goal is to ride over 1,000...while my running and walking miles are usually half or less that. I don't have a ticker but a running total in the sidebar.

Happy A-Z April!

You are one of view who look forward to winter but great if it works for you.

I adore fall. I love this post. Everything about fall makes me happy. I, too, have a heart for winter. I would rather curl up with a blanket next to the fire over sweating in humidity any day.

Love it! Takes me back...a native Washingtonian, lived in PG county most of my life until hubby took me to Baltimore and we took each other to sunny Florida. Miss the Fall, but not the winter!
Nice to meet you :)

I believe we are polar opposites. I'm loving Spring's way of ushering in summer. But I agree, fall is beautiful too! And winter has a beauty all its own. Just not my favorite.

Fall has been growing on me though I am a lover of the springtime. :)
